El servicio es increíble. Shu y su equipo son super atentos, te recogen en el aeropuerto y te llevan también. Alquilamos un Kia Picanto nuevisimo en excelentes condiciones y es una gran opción para recorrer la isla sin gastar tanto. Entregamos el deposito en efectivo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con la devolución, todo el proceso es rapido.

La verdad que todo excelente, súper rápido y claros, nos dieron un Toyota Yaris nuevo. Dejé un depósito en billetes dólares que al entregar el auto me devolvieron los mismos. Y tienen transporte al aeropuerto gratis en determinados horarios. Los volvería a elegir.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Autovermietung und der Qualität des Autos und dem gesamten Buchungsprozess und der Rückgabe.
Ein Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Fahrerin bei der Abholung auf dem Weg vom Flughafen bis zur Autovermietung durchgängig am Handy war, Snapchat Stories gemacht hat, und wir uns dadurch sehr unsicher gefühlt haben. Auf dem Rückweg hatten wir einen anderen Fahrer, der sehr nett war.
