Very nice people and helped get to airport and the car was in good condition. I would definitely recommend getting the extra insurance because in  (MY OPINION) they look for what they can to keep your $500 deposit. I got the insurance so no issues but someone else was charged for " a damaged rim/ hubcap and lost there $500. I didn't see the damage so I'm only going by here say. Tuve un poco de recelo de alquilar con una agencia no tan reconocida pero TODO estuvo super bien. Buena atención de Shu en el mostrador. Fácil entrega y devolución. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que,  al no estar en el aeropuerto tienes q coordinar el horario de la transportación hasta el mismo.

Great service and prices. They sent us a Whatsapp the day prior to arrival to confirm everything and provide process for oick-up. Agency is off site so it is about a 10-15 min shuttle ride, which ended up being about 5 min from where we are staying at Dreams IL Mare. We sent them a WhatsApp as we got off the plane and they arrived maybe 5-10 min after we exited customs. They pick you up at the VIP sign at the curb. Shu was our driver and he was so friendly, gave us some great tips for the island. He also found my passport that accidently fell out of my bag and let me know he found it, whew what a relief. Drop off is perfect as there is a gas station in front of return so you can easily get gas before returning the car. We rented the smallest car for 2 people with luggage, it was perfect. 3 people could fit if you have basically only 3 small carry on and 3 small backpacks.
